Automated Social Distancing Seat Maps

Turn on social distancing seat maps. Social distancing seat maps is a unique feature of TicketSearch that automatically creates safe ‘bubbles’ for customers to attend events/activities while the venue adheres to local COVID-19 restrictions and maintains the safety of their customers. This is a vital and necessary function for seated venues in the current climate.

TicketSearch clients are able to force (x) number of seats to be left between customers to maintain social distancing. The system will automatically block those seats as ‘SD’ seats. These seats cannot be released by an operator unless a refund or exchange of the order that is connected to those SD seats is actioned.

For example, if a customer purchases 2 seats and the (x) number of seats between customers for social distancing has been set to 2 by you, the system will automatically block 2 seats on either side as ‘SD’ seats. They will be viewed online as unavailable and in the backend as SD. The system is smart enough to take aisles into account when creating safe bubbles. You also have the ability to customise specific social distancing messaging that appears to customers online.

Efficient Ticket Holder Information Collection

For any database field, you can elect per event/activity to collect ticket holder information – and whatever information you like. For a festival, you can collect first name and surname as well as date of birth for verification purposes i.e 18+.

This ticket holder information is also useful for contact tracing purposes adhering to local jurisdiction processes. You always have the option of collecting this information as a per ticket or per transaction questionnaire.

The ticket holder information is clearly displayed on the TicketSearch scanning app when scanning customers into an event/activity. You can make ticket holder information collection per ticket mandatory, which helps verify exactly who is attending at all times.
